Commercial Booths, Market & Food Vendors

Message to Vendors

The Harvest Home Fair in Cheviot, Ohio is September 6-8th this year and we hope that you'll join us! The Harvest Home Parade will be Thursday, September 5th and admission to the fairgrounds will be free for all after the parade. We have Early Bird Pricing Available for contracts & payments received by June 15th!

Lease a booth at the Harvest Home Fair and have access to approximately 15,000 guests and your business will be part of a multi-generational event that has taken place since 1860!  Not only are you promoting your business/not-for-profit at a family friendly event but all proceeds after expenses fund grant proposals for children & local organizations in the Westwood-Cheviot community.

If you’re not sure which type of booth is right for you, send an email to HarvestHomeFair.Booths@gmail.com and we’ll help you sort it out!

Standard Booths (Commercial & Non-Profit Vendors)

Commercial & Non-Profit Vendors are provided 10’x10’ booths with front and side rails, a table, 2 chairs, overhead lighting and electric. We typically host a number of local and regional brands as well as a number of local organizations and community groups

Harvest Home Craft & Artisan Market

The Market is for local creators/crafters to showcase their products in the middle of the Biggest little Fair in Ohio. The market stalls are located together beneath a big tent that has overhead lighting and electric availability for device charging. This will be our 4th year having the Artisan Market and we listened to the feedback from last year's vendors and are moving to one big tent that can fit up to 18 vendors that will be placed closer to the first year location. If we sell-out we will be welcoming Market vendors into Standard Booth locations as availability allows.

Food Vendors

There is some variability in pricing for food vendors based on the size/energy requirements for each vendor. The Harvest Home Fair Association is bringing back the Kitchen that we run out of the Lodge at the park and we will want to work with all of the food vendors to minimize direct competition between vendors so that all vendors can have a successful Fair! Please remember the 10x20 food vendors under fair provided tents are counted as a double booth for pricing.
