Food Vendors
There is some variability in pricing for food vendors based on the size/energy requirements for each vendor. The Harvest Home Fair Association runs the Fair Kitchen out of the Lodge at the park and we will want to work with all of the food vendors to minimize direct competition between vendors so that all vendors can have a successful Fair!
Please remember the 10x20 food vendors under fair provided tents are counted as a double booth for pricing.

Vendors are prohibited from selling sodas and water. Other beverages must be pre-approved by the Fair Association in advance.
Booth Equipment
Booths shall be approximately 10 feet by 9 feet and constructed of metal poles; canvas roof; shall have electrical power and light connections, including 2 electric lights. Size may vary.
Police Protection
The Association shall provide overnight police protection for the entire premises of the park deemed necessary. Vendors are cautioned to remove merchandise from the Fair prior to the Monday after the Fair or to make their own special arrangements for continued protection. The Association is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Security / Wristbands
We have added more security to the fair including bag restrictions, age restrictions, and wristbands. Wristbands are required to enter the fair during operating hours. Vendors will be given wristbands for their volunteers which will allow them to bypass the line of guests waiting to get into the fair. Vendors are also allowed leeway on the baggage restrictions, but bags are subject to search at the gate if workers enter during fair operations.
