Horse Expo
We're bringing the horses home to the Harvest Home Fair in a whole new way! We're excited to announce our inaugural Horse Expo - an exciting new way to once again experience the fun and joy of Horsemanship at the Fair
The 2026 Horse Expo is a new tradition designed to once again showcase the beauty, skill, and spirit of horses at the Harvest Home Fair.
Featuring a variety of activities, including horse-and-rider classes and games, interactive experiences for all ages, educational demonstrations, and presentations from local equine organizations.
There will be fun games for horses and riders, as well as opportunities for spectators to enjoy them, including Egg and Spoon, Apple Bobbing, Chin and Apple Races, and Obstacle Course Challenges. Kids will be able to make their own Stick Horse and participate in races and games, too.
Where: Demonstration ring will be set up on the ball fields at Harvest Home Park.
Cost: Admission to the Horse Expo is included with Fair admission.
When: Saturday, Sept. 12 and Sunday, Sept. 13. Events will take place throughout the day, starting at noon.
Therapy Horses from SoulStang
Soulstang provides Equine Therapy programs for veterans to help make a difference in the lives the mustangs and the veterans / first responders that they serve.
Soulstang will be back at the fair this year on Saturday afternoon to show off their mustangs and to teach fair guests about the training process.
